A very convincing research on the effect of diet and exercise to reduce diabetes risk. The study has been lasted for 10 years and found a very promising result. I always believe a balanced diet and regular exercise can give you the optimal health. The study is just further strengthen my believe. If you afraid about diabetes, why don't you do something? If you were not happy for your weight, your body shape, do something now and keep consistent. You will get the ideal weight you want, you will get the body shape you want. If you believe it, you can achieve it. And those diseases will away from you. Bless you all.

It is so true. Our bodies are amazing machines. When we are sicked, our bodies will heal itself, say, if we cut our finger, the wound will heal. When the head aches, it tells us our bodies have something wrong. It is a warning message. We need to take care of our bodies now.
How can I reduce high cholesterol without more medication?
